MIRANDA is 12 years old and in the 7th grade at Fairfield Middle School. In school, she is an excellent school who enjoys Language Arts and her French class. She has been riding for six years. She really enjoys dressage, but has decided to do more jumping too.

Miranda's family purchased Aussie in February of 2007. Aussie is a Nakota Horse, an unusual breed. You can find out more about Nokota horses at their website. Aussie is 12 years old and has done lots of dressage and jumping with his previous owner.

Miranda's highlights from 2007 include getting to know her new horse and taking him to his first show away from the "farm." She has also enjoyed getting to know all the kids and making friendships at Old Stone.

Miranda's goals for 2008 are to compete at shows on the Queen City Dressage circuit and at Pony Club Rally. She also wants to spend time working on her dressage skills.
