Melissa
has established grant eligibility from the American
Horse Trials Foundation. When you make a contribution to
the AHTF, you will be helping her and her horses realize
their dreams.
The AHTF
was established in 1987 to assist developing event
riders in raising tax deductible financial support for
national and international competition. The foundation
allows riders who are bone fide national or
international level competitors to apply for grants.
Since 1987, the AHTF has distributed over $13 million to
equestrian athletes. Donations to AHTF are 100 percent
tax deductible according to IRS Code Section 501(c)(3).
Donations to AHTF which include a separate note stating
your desire to support Melissa will help her achieve her

As a corporation or small business, there are various
ways you can support Melissa. Your business might
provide Melissa and her horses with your product or
services in exchange for advertisement and endorsement
of your product. Or your business may simply purchase
advertising outright. In return, there are various ways
that your business can be promoted:
Signage on Melissa's horse trailer which travels
year-round all over the eastern half of the US: from
Florida to Michigan and points in between; your company
will benefit from its logo, website, etc. being seen by
both the general public and the equestrian public
Company signage/banners or other promotional material
displayed and/or distributed at horse trials.
Your company logo on competition-related equipment such
as saddle pads, buckets, baseball caps, jackets, polo
shirts, horse blankets, etc.
